We offer standard shipping, which is generally 5-7 days if you’re far from Washington, but can be as little as 3 days if you’re nearby. We also offer priority shipping, which is generally 3-5 days far away. We usually ship by USPS, but can potentially do UPS if you request it and the cost isn’t too high.

For most things we try to ship by next day, and then see “Shipping methods”, above. For some things, I need to source special items in order to make the piece. I try to note those on the website, and I’ll let you know if there’s an issue when you place the order.
Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept Woo Pay, which is a bit less known, but it’s a well-regarded ecommerce payment platform.

All of our products are custom made at time of order, so as a rule, we don’t accept returns as a matter of course. However, if you need to do a return, please Contact Us, and I’ll see if we can accommodate you.
If something is wrong with your piece, BY ALL MEANS, contact me so I can fix it/provide a replacement/whatever makes sense!
Contact me ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I’m generally happy to cancel it for you and issue a refund. If there were special materials ordered, I might need to charge you a restock fee.
