Delete My Data

How to request deletion What gets deleted What we keep Data held elsewhere Contact

You can ask Fair Pacific Studio to delete the personal data associated with your email address at any time, and you don't need an account to do it. Use the form below and we'll take care of the rest.

Enter the email address you used to register or to place an order. We'll send a confirmation link to that address, and your data is deleted as soon as you open it. The link is good for 24 hours, and nothing is deleted until you use it.

We ask for that confirmation because the deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Requiring you to open an email at that address is how we make sure a request really came from the person it affects rather than from someone who happened to know the address.

Once you confirm, we permanently remove:

  • Your account, including your name, email address, and password
  • Every saved shipping address
  • Any passkeys you registered for signing in
  • Your product reviews, along with any photos you uploaded with them
  • Emails we sent you, such as order confirmations and shipping notices
  • Abandoned checkouts and any active sign-in sessions
  • Your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any notes you left on past orders

This happens immediately, not on a queue, and it can't be reversed. If you have an open order, we won't be able to contact you about it afterward, so it's worth waiting until it arrives.

We keep the sales record of each past order: what was bought, what it cost, the date, and the state it shipped to. We're required to hold onto those figures for tax and accounting purposes, so they stay, but with every piece of personal information stripped out. What's left can't be traced back to you.

We also keep a dated note that a deletion request was made and completed, without your email address on it, so we can show the request was honored.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and their record of your transaction lives in their systems, not ours. Deleting your data here doesn't reach into theirs. The same goes for orders that came to us through Etsy, and for anything you've shared with a social platform such as Facebook or Instagram. To have that data removed, contact those companies directly.
