Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms cover your use of this site and any order you place through it. Fair Pacific Studio is a one-person studio run by Greg Pasquariello in Vancouver, Washington. By browsing the site or buying from it, you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using this site
You may browse and shop here for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't scrape the site, resell our listings, try to break into parts of it that aren't yours, or use it to do anything unlawful.
You can create an account, but you don't need one to order. If you do create one, keep your password (or your passkey device) to yourself, give us accurate information, and let us know if you think someone else has gotten into your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that's being used abusively or fraudulently.
You can delete your account and personal data yourself at any time from our data deletion page.
Our pieces
Everything here is made by hand, one piece at a time, often from reclaimed or locally sourced materials. That means no two pieces are truly identical. Hammered textures, patina, and the color and pattern of natural stones such as turquoise, jasper, and obsidian vary from one piece to the next, and what arrives will differ in small ways from the photograph. That variation is the point, not a defect.
Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but screens render color differently, and scale can be hard to judge from a photo. Check the measurements on the product page if size matters to you.
Our pieces are jewelry, not medical or protective equipment, and we make no claim that any stone or metal has a health, healing, or protective effect. Raw metals like copper and brass develop a patina over time and can leave a temporary mark on skin. If you have a metal sensitivity or allergy, check the listed materials before ordering, and get in touch if you're unsure what a piece contains. Keep small pieces away from children and pets, who can choke on them.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
We try hard to keep the catalog accurate, but descriptions, photos, availability, and prices can contain errors. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price or turns out to be unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund you in full. We don't have to honor an obvious pricing error.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we accept the order, which normally happens when we charge your payment method and start work on the piece. We can decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if a piece is unavailable, the listing was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.
Payment is processed by Stripe, which accepts credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped, we're generally happy to cancel and refund it. If we've already bought special materials for your piece, we may need to keep a restocking fee.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States only. We don't ship internationally at the moment. Standard shipping usually takes 5 to 7 days, or as little as 3 if you're near Washington state; priority shipping usually takes 3 to 5. We normally ship USPS, and can sometimes use UPS on request if the cost is reasonable. Those are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and we can't control what happens once a package leaves our hands.
Most pieces ship within a day or two. Some need materials sourced first, which we try to note on the product page, and we'll tell you if there's a delay on your order.
Please give us a correct, complete shipping address. We aren't able to refund or replace a package sent to an address you entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help sort it out.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom work is agreed piece by piece, usually over email or the phone. Because it's made specifically for you, a custom or special-order piece can't be returned or refunded once work has started. We'll confirm the design, materials, and price with you before beginning.
Handmade work takes the time it takes. We'll give you an honest estimate and keep you posted if it moves.
Returns and refunds
Our full policy lives on the returns and refunds page, and it's part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unused and in original packaging, with custom orders, special orders, gift cards, and sale items excluded.
If something arrives damaged or defective, please tell us right away. We'll repair it, replace it, or refund it, whichever makes the most sense. That's the part we care most about getting right.
Reviews and content you post
If you've bought a piece, you can review it and add photos. Post only your own words and your own photographs, keep it about the product, and leave out anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, threatening, or that reveals someone else's personal information.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us permission to display, store, and reproduce it on this site and in our own marketing, without payment. Reviews are approved before they appear, and we may decline or remove one that breaks the rules above, without being able to explain every decision. Deleting your data removes your reviews along with it.
Our content
The designs, photographs, text, logo, and layout on this site belong to Fair Pacific Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark. You're welcome to share a link or a product photo with credit. Please don't reproduce our designs for sale, use our photos in your own listings, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Privacy and third parties
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
The site relies on other companies to work: Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. Some of our pieces are also listed on Etsy, and we're on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and their handling of your information is theirs, not ours. Links to other sites are for convenience, not endorsement.
Disclaimers and limits
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law gives you and won't let us waive. We don't promise the site will always be up, error free, or secure against every threat.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Fair Pacific Studio isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a piece you bought, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
None of this is meant to talk you out of contacting us. If something went wrong, tell us and we'll try to make it right.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that governs that order, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Clark County, Washington. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Nothing here takes away consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
