This policy explains what information Fair Pacific Studio collects when you use this site, how it's used, and the choices you have. This is a demo storefront running in Stripe's test mode — no real payments are processed — but we describe our practices here as we would for a live store.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text. When you place an order, we collect the shipping address and items purchased so we can fulfill it. We do not collect or store your payment card details: checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor, and card information goes directly to them.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and maintain your account, process and ship orders, show you your order history, and communicate with you about your orders. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and sessions

This site uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart between pages. It's required for the site to function and isn't used for tracking or advertising.

Sharing your information

We share order and shipping details with the shipping carrier we use to fulfill your order, and payment details with Stripe to process your payment. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

Data retention

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so you can review past orders. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time using the contact information below.

Your rights

You can review and update your account details at any time from your account page. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, contact us using the information below.
